60 Minute Session

A one-on-one private session is not your typical yoga class. Many find that the exclusive nature of a private session allows the opportunity to ask questions and to work on specific goals, enabling us to tailor the session to most effectively meet your needs. 

What can I expect? A comprehensive session fit for your specific needs. This could include manual release techniques; Yin Yoga to stretch the connective tissue throughout the body; Vinyasa-style strength exercises to improve cardiovascular health; breathing exercises to improve oxygenation; and meditation exercises to help improve overall health.

90 Minute Session

Extending this private session gives us more room to tend to your needs. This also is a great option for those looking for a semi-private session, such as you and a friend coming together to pursue better health and wellness. The same benefits of an hour session are experienced here, with the added bonus of more time.
